World’s smallest ever flight seat unveils

Attention to passengers find economy class seats too cramped for comfort, as they are about to get even smaller.

Italian airline seat manufacturer ‘Aviointeriors’ has designed a saddle-like seat “SkyRider”. It is just 23 inches of seat pitch, significantly smaller than the average 32 inches in economy class.

“SkyRider,” is for an ultra-high density seat designed, partially overlapping of seating between rows and engineered to offer the possibility of reduction in airfares with creation of a new basic class - below economy.

Even the highest density airline seating normally offers 28 inches of seat pitch. But this newly innovative airline seat will allow more passengers to be cramped into aircraft with allowing more seats to fit in. These seats are just similar to that of touring motor-scooter rider.

More speculations are bidding that most low-cost carriers are expected to allow the number of passengers to fly on aircraft by adding ancillary charges and ramp up profits.

Majority of airliners are likely to consider this possible option to keep airfares low to earn more profits.
